Word of the Day: MERRY How grand it was for J. R. R. Tolkien to name one of his hobbits Meriadoc Brandybuck! What a name! And of course it’s got to have its short form as Merry.
about the pretzel. Makes me smile. By the way, Jenny is a most beautiful cat. Never seen one more beautiful.. If I am not mistaken, she almost has like a human face.
Carlotta, you are so kind to mention little Jenny. We always tell her that her job at our house is To Look Pretty. And we tell her often what a good job she is doing at it! Haha. She really has a very sweet disposition, as well. Junior (Jenny's brother) really has taken a shine to Tony, in particular. It's charming to see the "male bonding" going on between the two of them! Both of our beloved cats died within a few months of each other about a year and a half ago, and so we "hired" Jenny and Junior to be our live-in mousers and full-time companions. :)
Thanks! And Jenny is a beautiful cat. She's a bit shy, but I can still go up to her and pet her, and she sometimes comes over and lies down next to my wife on the couch. The boy cat, Junior, will flop on the floor next to me, as if to say, "Don't you want to scratch me under the chin? I'll let you do that..."
How cute nearing the end

You are welcome. And hello to Junior. That sounds nice of him..
Faithful, Thankful, Hopeful, and Prudence were names of the daughters of Pilgrims recorded in Connecticut.
Faith, Hope, and Charity are names often heard today.
MERRY is the name of my niece. Hopefully all live up to their names!
Hi, Elizabeth! Those are wonderful names, aren't they? We always try to have fun with the naming of our pets.
