in the Latin Mass this psalm is recited in full near the end of the offertory prayers. it has given peace and comfort so many times, and this is such a fitting setting for these words.

Ohhhh! Such glorious music!! The words and melody are beautiful (for lack of a better word!). Thank you for printing all the words so we can follow them as they are being sung.

Absolutely beautiful. As to the courts above there is always the search for the best description.

Currently I am reading the Mystical City of God by Mary Agreda and the writings of Anne Catherine Emmerick. Other mystics, saints, and Scripture attempt to give us a glimpse of what Heaven is. One can only expect to be totally awed when our true home is reached.

Dr. Esolen, thank you for all you do. I am a homeschooling mother of seven (six boys and one girl) and you brighten our days with your unique way of illuminating truth, goodness, and, above all, beauty. We have a "morning time" every day where we recite poetry, sing songs, read fairy tales, paint, and do all the things that make us more human :) You are a big part of this morning time. Rather than piecing together these things myself, I can read your Word & Song articles and then go from there. A long time ago, my children and I memorized All Things Bright and Beautiful. And just a couple months ago, we discovered your wonderful piece on that hymn with clips of a boys choir singing it. We were so blessed by that! We are so blessed by you and all you do. Thank you!
